Betsy Siegel

A Houston transplant, Betsy Siegel has contributed to the visual and artistic landscape of the city for over 20 years. Published regionally and nationally, her organic perspective of landscape and nature gives focus and texture to overlooked everyday beauty. With an MFA from Brandeis University, Siegel explores innovative mediums to present, not only her photography, but also the natural surroundings that sustain, motivate and inspire her. A working photographer and installation artist, she has exhibited in numerous group shows, including the Lawndale Art Center, Art Crawl and FotoFest. Recent solo exhibitions have been at Live Oak Art Center (Columbus, TX) and Williams Tower Gallery (Houston).
